Strengthening the women through skill, knowledge, awareness, participating in income generating and in social development activities are the basic substance which is essential to uplift the women status in the society. For this, the social attitude plays an important role to empower the women. The creation of an improved educational environment in the community increases the possibilities of allowing women to get engaged in social activities.
To address the need and the necessity of the women to enhance the capability from the grassroot level, opportunities for training on skill development, income generation, agriculture and possibilities of enhancing the knowledge on education, health, hygiene and nutrition will be intensified. Most importantly, women will be given the platform to expose their capabilities and the possibilities to perform their best to empower themselves and other women in the surroundings.
